I had a shoulder pain and after having medication for almost a month, it persisted. It was then that my Doctor suggested to do physiotherapy. I totally recommend HnH. In 2014 looking into my X-ray I was advised by my Dr to wear neck support for spondylitis that's when I was introduced to Dr. Vinoy Mohan by my uncle who was being treated by him for his spinal cord injury. I was adviced 5 sessions of 45-60 minutes each. Very soon I was relieved of the pain and on following Dr.Vinoy's advice and suggested exercise I never had to wear a neck support and in few days was relieved fully of the pain.Dr. Vinoy has been a terrific physio! After the treatment, during my morning workouts I had a wider range of movement and I was stronger. What I appreciate the most from him is the technical knowledge that allows him to see the issue more holistically and more long-term, than quick-fixes that may result in further issues later on.

I know Dr.Vinoy since quite sometime and have been consulting him about my back pain while he was in Bangalore and he had helped me many times to get rid of the pain. Since last two years I have been suffering from intense back pain and I have been to many doctors and physios in Swirzelrand and Germany during this time as I work abroad, but , nothing proved helpful and thwre was always different diagnosis . This year during my vacation I visited Dr.Vinoy at his new clinic in kannur and showed him the problem.. he diagnosed the exact problem in the first time itself as gluteal strain and started therapy immediately..now since last few months I don't experience pain as much I used to and with regular exercise it gets better and better....Besides , my father had a wrist fracture sometime back and was first treated at another known clinic in kannur but dint help him...Dr.Vinoy starred treating him few months back and it's now almost fully healed....hes also quite happy with results!
